OUR DISHES

The menu proposal brings together classics and innovations, always respecting the quality that distinguishes us in each of the dishes.
In our elaborate gastronomic menu you will find some of Casimiro Biguá’s classics, such as black hake with sautéed vegetables and yamaní rice, loin charcoal with smoked puree, blood sausage and barbecue sauce, and the famous Patagonian lamb in an almond crust with roasted potatoes and caramelized onion.

Our ring also stands out, where you can appreciate the Patagonian lamb on the grill with more than 3 hours of cooking, and our tasty Argentine meats.

Casimiro Biguá’s objective is to make known a high variety of Argentine wines. With more than 160 carefully selected labels and customer advice at the time of choice.

In our PRIVATE CAVA you can find labels from all over the world, some of them with more than 15 years in cellar.
